What’s the difference between a Clarity Intensive, Advisory Sprint, and Fractional Advisory?

  1. Clarity Intensive (90 min) is a one-time strategy session focused on diagnosing or unblocking a specific challenge.

  2. Advisory Sprint (4 weeks) is a short-term engagement with weekly calls and ongoing support to solve a high-impact issue.

  3. Fractional Advisory is an ongoing, high-touch partnership (monthly retainer) where I step in as a part-time strategic lead for your business or brand team.

Do I have to be a founder to work with you?

Not at all. While we specialize in founder-led brands, we also support marketing, operations, and executive leaders inside growing companies; especially post-acquisition or during scale. If you’re leading a function and need strategic support, we can help.

Can I customize a service to fit my team or project?

Absolutely. We regularly scope custom engagements for companies managing multiple brands, navigating restructuring, or planning launches. If our packaged services don’t quite fit, reach out and we’ll tailor something that does.

Do you offer project-based work or retainer models?

Yes. Advisory Sprints are project-based, while Fractional Advisory is a monthly retainer. Custom consulting projects are also available depending on your needs; especially for larger companies, brand portfolios, or executive teams.

Is this a fit for early-stage businesses?

We work best with growth-stage companies whether you’re a founder with traction or a team preparing for scale. That said, early-stage founders can benefit greatly from the 90-minute Clarity Intensive to set the right foundation.

Can I bring my team to sessions?

Yes. For both the 4-week sprint and fractional work, you’re welcome to include key team members in our sessions. Just let us know in advance so we can structure the time accordingly.
